Terms
Per Year
The Club operates 5 ten week terms per year and fees are payable
before or by the end of the first week of each term.
Methods of Payment:
a. Preferred Method: BAC's (Internet or Telephone Banking)
b. Cheque or Cash.
Late payment of fees incurs a £5 administrative
fee.
Membership
All Exeter Gymnastics
Club Members are required to pay an annual membership to the
Club & British Gymnastics (BG) & the package is as
follows:
a. Baby Gym.
Annual Membership to Exeter GC
NB: Pre-School Membership to be paid on joining Mother
& Toddler Session.
Total: £ 10.00
b. Pre-School Gymnasts who are under 5 before 1st
October.
Annual Membership to Exeter GC & British Gymnastics
Total: £ 20.00
c. Recreational Gymnasts who are 5 before 1st October.
Annual Membership to Exeter GC & British Gymnastics
Total: £25.00
d. Competitive Gymnasts
Annual Membership to Exeter GC & British Gymnastics
Total: £ 50.00
Concessions
Concessions are available for additional family members -
please deduct £5.00 for 2nd child, £10.00 for
3rd child & £12.00 for 4th Child from the total
fees. These concessions do not apply to siblings attending
the same Parent & Toddler session as they already receive
a 50% reduction.
Make Up Sessions
Sessions missed due to holiday or sickness
may be “made up” by coming another day, please
phone to check availability.
On joining each member receives a Club T-Shirt & a Members
Handbook.
