Ad artwork
You may provide your own artwork at the size specified or we can arrange this for you. Please forward any artwork enquiries to our webmaster, Naomi, at info@fdscards.co.uk.

How to Advertise
In order to reserve one of our advertising slots, please first contact the club for confirmation of available space. Once you have received confirmation that your desired ad slot is available and has been reserved please then:-

Payment
Payment for each ad slot is required in full at the beginning of your 12 month advertising period.
Payment can be made by cheque or BACS*
* all BACS payments must carry the reference 'WEB AD'
N.B. An ad is not secured and will not be displayed until cleared payment has been received.

Terms
All ads must be approved by Exeter Gymnastics Club prior to being displayed.
Payment in full (for the entire advertising period) is payable at the beginning of the advertising period.
We reserve the right to decline (or cease displaying) any ad which we feel may offend or is unsuitable for our website or visitors in any way.
All ads run for one year from the date of approval but shorter advertising periods may be negotiated separately.
To occupy more than one advertising slot or for alternative ad requests, please contact us.
Only one ad per business/organisation/individual permitted on 'Sponsors' page, which will be added on a 'first come, first served' basis.
We cannot check all advertisers individually so users must be aware that being listed on our site does not mean that we in any way recommend or have checked the business, organisation or individual.
